AI for the Production

Every minute counts in production.
If experienced employees are missing, processes come to a standstill or workflows are not properly documented, this costs time, money and quality. Machines come to a standstill, new colleagues have to be painstakingly trained - and valuable knowledge is lost.

This is where meloki comes in.
I am your local AI assistant for manufacturing and production.
I document, explain and support - so that work steps can continue even if people or resources are unavailable at short notice. Everything is local, secure and always available.

Why an AI for the Production?

Problem: Many production processes are only known through experience - if someone drops out, knowledge is lost.

Solution: I record work instructions, machine parameters, test reports and empirical values centrally.
New employees can read up on how a work step works at any time - step by step, illustrated and easy to understand.

Production chat

Kevin - Production -

meloki, we need to refit the bearing housing on the M-240 machine. Can you please tell me which screws are used and what torque they need to be tightened to?

meloki

Of course. According to the production documentation "Assembly M-240 / housing unit", the following applies:

  • Use 4x hexagon socket screws M10 x 40, grade 10.9

  • Screw positions: 2 front left, 2 rear right - see assembly drawing "M240_GH_A2.pdf", page 3

  • Tightening torque: 48 Nm ±2 Nm

  • Washers type A10, galvanized

  • Screws are available in stock compartment B12 / row 4

  • After tightening, visually check for flush fit, then test run for 30 seconds without load

Should I open the drawing directly on the machine terminal?

No, thanks - please make the file available for me to download here in the chat.

meloki

Sure - here: "Assembly drawing_M240_Schnitt.pdf".
All fastening points are marked there, including the tightening sequence and control elements.
I can also summarize the individual steps in an illustrated work instruction if you need them for familiarization.

Perfect. That's exactly how I imagine working together - thank you, meloki. 🥳
